Our Mission:
To help people grow in their faith, build strong foundations for their families and make a difference in their communities.
We like to think that we take the “Bible seriously and ourselves lightly”, and that tone is reflected in the Sunday morning experience. We are all worshipers of the Son of God, Jesus Christ. We are people who have grasped what Christ did for us on the cross—He died to save us from the penalty (death) of our sinfulness (all have sinned). We get it, and we really want everyone to hear and understand this truth! We want you to know you’re welcome regardless of where you are on your journey with God. Be comfortable; come as you are. You're welcome here!
We preach and proclaim unapologetically that Jesus is the way the truth and the life. We have seen God do amazing things in the lives of people who surrender to him. We know He will continue to do so long after we are gone. But for now we invite you to open your hearts to the message of grace, the message of hope, and the message of love. Jesus knows exactly the spot of life you are in, and He meets you there. He loves you so much that He doesn't want to keep you there.

We preach Jesus - And while this might mean you’ll learn some things on how to be a better person, how to have a better marriage, or how to be more fulfilled in life—that’s not really the point. Because without Jesus, nothing matters. It’s because of Jesus that we can be a better person. Only Jesus can make a marriage better. And true fulfillment is only found in Jesus. This means we teach from the Bible, because the Bible is all about Jesus. Most often we’ll go through whole books of the Bible, verse by verse, to show you what the whole Bible teaches and how it relates to Jesus. Why do we do this? Because the Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing the word of God, the Bible. So we want to preach as much of it as we can.
We're not trying to be the most religious or the most righteous, we just want to point people to Jesus. |
